Description

Taholah is a 2016 introduction from Cultivariable. Four pounds from a single plant in 2016 convinced them to offer it immediately to trial growers. Tubers begin to form in mid-August, which is about a month earlier than other varieties grown at Cultivariable’s site on the central coast of Washington State. Tubers are long and often lumpy, with vivid purple skin and orange flesh.
