Description
Bred for organics. Here is the “Parsnipage Primeval,” that is, genuine “Unleashed From Confinement Wild-Assed Parsnips” bred by Relentless, an example of one of his experiments in “Earthly Freeform Evolution” plant breeding. Relentless bred Primal Beauty Parsnip starting about a dozen years ago by interplanting 8 or 9 heirloom varieties with Harris. He let the plants intercross for about 6 years, saving seed and replanting it each year on a 1500 square foot plot dedicated to the project. Then for about another six years he allowed the parsnips to simply self-sow on a minimally tended 24 acre plot of organic land dedicated “mostly to allowing Life to just Be…to Live Free.” There was no particular selection. When asked what the Primal Beauty Parsnips are like, Relentless replied, “Like Parsnips…all good.” Says Relentless, “I did my thing with those exquisite Life Forms called parsnips…set ‘em free.”
