“(S15 #15): Large bulbs with big cloves, spicy. We are frequently asked for varieties with these characteristics and Iskeksi is it. It has what we would consider a drawback: it tends to throw single and double clove heads at a rate of up to 10% in this climate. This is may be less frequent in cooler climes. It’s definitely tolerant of cold conditions and has performed well in northern states. Robust plants with broad leaves, it’s fairly late to mature.”
