Description

Somewhat between a ‘Jester’ and a ‘Joker’, a jovial icy red-splattered ball becomes a slightly tallish tight crisphead at maturity. Margins are largely toothed and crisped. Like the other fools, this one does well in summer and autumn for us. It stood out as The Best Performer in our 2012 Fall trials, the last standing and the least bolting. Taste!
