Description
Dwarf Wild Spudleaf originated from a cross between Dwarf Wild Fred and Spudakee made by Vince Lavallo in 2009 named Frosty (an F1 hybrid). Dwarf Wild Spudleaf is a mid-season potato leaf dwarf with heavy yields of medium to medium large smooth dusky rose purple fruit with a deep crimson interior, in the 6-12 ounce range. Plants reach about a metre+/ 3-5 ft by end of season. This variety was selected and named by project co-lead Craig LeHoullier.
