Description

The Fancy family originated from a cross made by Sherry Long between a selection from our Dwarf Project family Sunny and Orange Pear. Dwarf Sunny’s Pear was selected and named by Susan Oliverson. The regular leaf dwarf plants produce lots of 1-2 oz yellow orange paste to plum shaped tomatoes with a well balanced, pleasant flavor. It is considered a midseason variety. Along with key contributor Susan Oliverson, Craig LeHoullier also participated in the development of the variety, and Bill Minkey grew out the final selection.
