Description

The Hazy family originated from a cross made by Vincent Lavallo between the Dwarf Tomato Project release Dwarf Wild Fred and Purple Haze. Dwarf Hazy’s Dream was selected and named by Susan Oliverson. The potato leaf dwarf plants produce high yields of medium sized round purple fruit (4 oz average) with a pleasant,well balanced flavor, and is a mid-season variety. Along with key contributor Susan Oliverson, others who participated in the development work were Craig LeHoullier and Justin Sieglaff, with Bill Minkey producing the final selection seed.
