Description

Blue tomato when exposed to the sun. Blue skin is rich source of anthocyanin, as a blueberry. Turns a a deep purple plum color when it ripens. Coloring can be variable between orange, plum and yellow. Better fresh rich flavor than the Indigo Rose. Colorful addition to salads for a change. Part of the Restoration Seeds Blush family.
