Zachary Paige, proprietor of North Circle Farm is producing seed the majority of the varieties being sold at North Circle Seeds. North Circle Seeds a majority Certified Organic varieties that are adapted to the short season in Northern Minnesota. They preserve important heirloom varieties as well as actively breed new varieties for high nutrition, flavor and yield using classical organic methods. Zachary received a Masters of Science in Plant Breeding from Iowa State University studying carotenoid levels in orange corn. The North Circle Seeds farm specializes in hardneck garlic and sells at the Minnesota Garlic Festival in Hutchinson, MN.
