Description

One of our 2015 introductions. Mocrocks has high yields; its seedling produced the highest yield that we have seen from seed at just over a kilogram. Beautiful dark red tubers with a core of dark red flesh as well. Once exposed to light for a week or two, it develops a very sweet flavor.
