Description

When oaks are crossed by romaines, they can develop some big and upright attitudes, and very fancy ears. This genetic family has terrific traits from ‘Crisp Mint’ romaine, including a slightly savoyed texture, crunchy midribs, clear green color and sweet taste. Some of these have long terminal leaf lobes that remind me of elf ears. Farm Original Variety!
